1. Service Overview

N Graph is a Chrome browser extension that visualizes Notion database tables as charts directly within your browser. The extension supports 10 chart types and works exclusively with databases displayed in Table view.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using N Graph, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.

3. Plans and Pricing

• Free Plan: Bar, pie, and line charts are available permanently at no cost. No account required. No time limit.
• Pro Plan ($3/month): All 10 chart types (including radar, scatter, box plot, histogram, KPI, heatmap, and relation map), priority support, and early access to new features. Requires account registration.

Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

4. Payment and Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.

5. Data Handling

• All chart rendering and data processing occurs entirely within your browser.
• N Graph does not collect, store, transmit, or access the content of your Notion databases.
• No Notion data is ever sent to our servers or any third party.
• For Pro users, only your email address is stored for authentication and license management.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must have a valid Notion account and appropriate access to the databases you wish to visualize.
• You are responsible for the content you export (PNG images) from the extension.
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension.
• You must not use the extension for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

N Graph, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the developer. Charts and images you create using the extension belong to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

N Graph is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all Notion configurations. The extension supports databases in Table view only; other views (board, gallery, timeline, calendar) are not supported.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of N Graph.

10. Modifications to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue N Graph at any time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated via the extension or email to registered users.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Pro features ceases, but Free features remain available.
